Consistent terminology and document versions
The same part or function should be named consistently throughout a document. If your company has a glossary, brand guide or previously approved translation, share it before work begins.
Identify the product model and the current document version. Include text in tables, diagram labels and warnings in the scope of work. If changes are made, clearly mark the updated sections.
File format and scope of work
Editable source files often make text and tables easier to process. If the material is only a scanned PDF or contains text within images, we assess its readability first. Agree the delivery format, tables and any additional layout work in advance. Checking engineering calculations is not part of translation.

How much does translation cost?
Written translation starts from GEL 15 per page. The final price depends on the language pair, volume, complexity and requested deadline. Notarization and other procedures are quoted separately; request confirmation of the full price before ordering.
How long does the service take?
We confirm the turnaround after reviewing the document or task, language pair, volume and certification requirements. Tell us your preferred date; urgent availability is confirmed before work starts. Same-day completion is not guaranteed without prior confirmation.
Can I send a photo of my document?
Yes. For an initial estimate, send clear photos or scans of every page via WhatsApp, Telegram or email. All text and stamps must be legible. We will separately confirm whether your case requires an original, a certified copy or additional documents.
Can I contact you outside opening hours?
You can message us outside opening hours. Routine service and replies are available during opening hours; sending a message does not mean immediate service is available.
Can translation or notarial services be arranged outside opening hours?
In exceptional cases, translation and notarial services through a notary may be arranged outside opening hours, only by prior agreement and after confirming the availability of the translator and notary.
Who performs the notarial act?
We provide translation, a translator for appointments and coordination with a notary. The notary performs the notarial act and confirms the requirements, eligibility and applicable fees.
Do you translate PDF manuals?
Yes. After reviewing the file, we clarify how the text will be processed and the delivery format. Scan quality affects the scope of work.
Can you use our company's terminology?
Provide your glossary and approved examples. These are especially useful for related manuals and product versions.
Will the translation have exactly the original design?
The required layout needs to be agreed beforehand. Text translation does not automatically include rebuilding a complex layout or technical drawing.
