TK Translations provides translation, interpreting and help arranging a notary visit. The notary performs the notarial act and confirms its legal requirements; we do not operate as a notary office. Tell us whether you need spoken interpreting during signing, written translation of a Georgian document, notarized translation, or a combination of these services.
Power of attorney, contracts and other notarial services
Power of attorney
If you need to authorize someone to act for you, describe the purpose and where the document will be used. We arrange the relevant language support; the notary confirms the wording, format and required documents.
Contracts and agreements
For signing or notarizing an agreement, we can discuss translation of the text and interpreting at the meeting. Send an existing draft if available. Legal drafting and advice should be agreed with the notary or an appropriate legal professional.
Consents, statements, signatures and copies
Explain the procedure you need and any instructions from the receiving organization. The notary determines whether the requested act can be performed and what originals, identification or additional documents are required.
How to arrange a translator and notary visit
- Tell us the purpose of your visit, the languages involved, your preferred date and the country where the document will be used.
- Agree how to share a readable draft or scan for review. We clarify the written translation and interpreting needed for your case.
- We help coordinate an appointment with a notary, or discuss attending the notary you have chosen. Availability and the notary’s requirements are confirmed before the visit.
- Agree the translation, interpreting and notary fees separately, then attend with the documents confirmed for your appointment.
