Notarization and the receiving organization's requirements

Tell us which country and organization will receive your translation. Send any written instructions about originals, copies, translation format or certification with your enquiry.

Notarization, apostille and legalization are different procedures. Check the required form for your particular document with the receiving organization in advance. Ordering a translation does not automatically include every certification procedure.

How to order a notarized translation

For an initial estimate, send the language pair, page count and preferred deadline. We will then agree how to share a readable copy, whether an original is needed and how you will receive the completed document. Names written in Latin characters should preferably match the spelling in your current identity documents.

Price and turnaround

Written translation starts from GEL 15 per page. The final price depends on the language, volume and complexity of the document. Notarization charges and the overall turnaround are confirmed separately in advance; the starting rate does not mean all costs are included.
